Picking up Chinese Visa London

Bound to end up being the most stressful part of the trip. Not so much stress as it goes, just a pain in the ass as London often can be. 20th Dec had to go to embassy before it even opened at 8.30 when fifty or so people were already queuing. You then queue for around an hour, hand it in, hang around for an hour or so outside, another hour or so of hanging in a queue and it was done. Pretty old school way of doing things and quite pointless in my opinion. There was a fight in the queue however due to someone queue jumping so that broke up the monotony momentarily.

If you can get the visa sent off before hand, loads less hassle....
